ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

I believe that healthy relationship is healing. In therapy, we settle into a space that is safe, connected, and tuned in to you. Through this process, you have the room to crack open and get to the root of what's not working.

My style is straightforward, yet warm and familiar, non-judgmental, and highly personalized. My goal is to create a relationship with my clients that is built on trust and hope, so that the feelings of heaviness that weigh them down can be made into meaning, revealing an authentic self that is capable of joy and connection.

I am trained in a relational and psychodynamic approach rooted in the therapist/client relationship. Evidence-based modalities I use include EMDR, IFSCognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, and the Gottman Method

I am licensed in North Carolina, Louisiana, and South Carolina. I see clients in-person or virtually in NC and via telehealth in LA and SC.
